See the Doctor

After your child’s stay, make an appointment to see their doctor for any follow-up tests that may be needed.

Going Back to School

If your child has been out of school for a long time, talk to their teacher before your child returns. See if there are any assignments or tasks your child should do before going back to school. Also, be sure to let the teacher know if your child will need any special accommodations. Talk to School Services for help.
