Your Experience Matters to Us

How’s your child’s stay?

Is your child getting the care they need?

Are their doctors and nurses listening and responding to your questions or requests?

Our goal is to provide the best quality care. To do that, we need feedback from parents like you.

After Your Child’s Stay

After your child goes home, we may ask you to take a survey. This is a tool to measure and report patient and parent experience. It’s made up of questions on key topics, such as:

  • how well the doctors and nurses talked with you and your child
  • medicine and discharge information
  • how well your child’s pain was managed
  • overall quality of the hospital

If you receive this survey, please take the time to complete it. The results will help us know what we’re doing right and where we can improve.
