What Is MyChart?

MyChart is an online medical records system providing a comprehensive digital dashboard of your child’s health care needs.

MyChart allows you to:

• check in early and with minimal contact
• view and schedule appointments
• manage and request prescription refills
• access test results
• request and view medical records
• request a school note
• report recent travel history
• securely message your child’s care team
• pay bills online

MyChart Instant Activation

You may have received a MyChart activation link by text or email during your child’s visit. Use the link within 24 hours of receiving it to save time while activating your Children’s Health MyChart account. The link will expire after 30 days and is no longer valid after you’ve used it.

To activate your account on your phone:

1. Click the link in the text or email.
2. Create a username and password on the MyChart Signup Page.
3. Enter your date of birth (not the patient’s) to confirm your identity.
4. Download the MyChart app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
5. Select Children’s Health as your organization from the MyChart login screen.
6. Log into your MyChart account with the username and password you created and click “Log in.”

Test Results

You can view COVID-19 and/or RSV test results from the main menu after logging into your account. It may take up to 24 hours to access other test results, manage appointments and use the other features within MyChart.
